How soon will I receive my items?
Natural Belle ships to locations within the Continental US via USPS or UPS. Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays) within 1-3 business days of the purchase date. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Shipping time via USPS is typically 3-5 days. Holidays may increase the shipping time for USPS and UPS due to volume. Natural Belle Bath and Bath is not responsible for late, lost or stolen packages. International Shipping is currently not available.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are committed to providing quality products to our customers and will gladly exchange item(s) within in 5 days from the date of receipt of an item of equal value. We reserve the right not to accept an item for an exchange for any reason. Shipping will be at the expense of the customer
Where are you located?
Currently, we do not have a physical location. All products are available through online store.
Can I have a custom gift/favor made for my next event?
Absolutely! We can create a custom gift or favor for your bridal party, wedding, anniversary or just because. Contact us at email@example.com to get started. Please allow 5-6 week lead time for soaps.

We will reach out to you directly to discuss. Because our products are handcrafted and made in small-batches we may not be able to provide certain products for the event such as soaps which require a 5-6 week lead time. A minimum lead time of 4 weeks is needed for most events.
